Current issue with Freegal's mobile app
Freegal Music is currently aware of an issue with their mobile application notifying users that they are out of streaming time when they are not.
Their development team is working to get this corrected.
In the meantime, users may force close the application, then reopen it, the problem is corrected and you are able to stream.
- On an Apple device, press the Home button twice. Open applications will appear fanned out on the screen. Find the Freegal Music app and swipe up on it. The app is now closed.
- On an Android, go to Settings, Apps, Freegal Music, select Force Stop. Closing the app will not require you to log back in. When the app is re-opened, the issue should be gone temporarily and you will be able to stream the music.
