ILL: Interlibrary Loan Requests

Are you looking for material that the Calcasieu Parish Public Library does not own?

Use the State Library union catalog for all public libraries and place an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request. The material will send it to the Calcasieu Parish Public Library and you will receive notice that the item is available and ready for pickup.

In order to place a request you must have an registered account in Loanshark. Please use the registration form below to start the process.

An email will be sent once the registration is complete and then you can log in, search the collective catalog for all parishes, place requests for items, and check the status of those requests. The registration process and email may take a few days up to a week to process.

NOTE: username/password limitations: symbols, characters, etc are not compatible; there is a limit of 10 letters
