VITA is returning to Calcasieu Parish Public Library! Sponsored by United Way, trained volunteers will offer free tax preparation through the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly) programs. Services are provided by appointment only.
